The main purposes and importance of surveying the mechanical parameters and performance of grain processing equipment are presented and discussed. Taking the measuring system of sifting machines as an example, the author introdues the principle, components and measuring method of the computerized measuring system, together with the curves of the relationship between the parameters and performance.
