磨辊的硬度、耐磨性与切削加工性能,存在难以兼顾的矛盾。运用近代表面技术原理,采用等离子弧加工制成的"钝顶高硬齿辊",改变了磨辊表面的形状、成分和组织,可以提高耐磨性能,改善碾磨效果,具有良好的发展前景。
For the rolls of a roller mill there are contradictions among their hardness, wear resistance and machining properties to which considerations are hard to be given comprehensively. With the appearance of the highly hard rolls with dull tooth tops developed by means of plasma-arc heating on the principle of modern surface treatment technique, the configuration, components and texture of the shell surface of the rolls have been modified, resulting in a higher wear resistance, better milling performance and excellent developing prospects.
