达克宁散剂治疗皮肤念珠菌病等178例报告

A Clinic Report of 178 Cases of Skin Candidiasis etc.were Treated with Pulvis Daktrin

本文报导应用西安杨森药厂制造的新产品达克宁散剂(其主要成分为(20%硝酸咪康唑),治疗白念病等178例,其中男103例,女75例,年龄3月—74岁。方法为用此散剂直接扑于白念病皮损上,一日2次。对体、股、手、足癣为先搽3%克霉唑霜,再搽此散剂,手指稍加按摩混合,每日2次,连用7—14天为一疗程。结果:皮损消退,查菌阴转,而治愈者169例(94.9%)。皮损消退70%以上,霉菌阴转或仍阳性达显效者8例(4.5%)。皮损消退30%以上,霉菌阴转或仍阳性好转者1例(0.6%)。本文认为对白念菌及难治性皮肤癣病提供了一种快速而有良效的新疗法。

This article reports that 178 patients suffered from skin candi-diasis etc.were treated with pulvis Daktrin(2% miconazole nitrate)providedby Xian Janson Pharmaceutical Co.Among them,there were 103 males and75 females,their age ranged from 3 months to 74 years old.For treatingthe skin acandiaiasis albicans,Daktrin was applied on affected area,twicedaily,others such as tinea corpors,tiena cruris.Tinea manus and pedis were first applied with 3% clorimazole cream then applied Daktrin,the patientsthen lightly mixed the Daktrin rubbed against suffering area with a finger byhimself,2 times a day.The treatment prolonged 7—14 days as a course.After the treatment,169(94.9%)were cured,whose skin lesion were subsidedand the directed light microscopic examiantion for fungus became negative;8(4.5%)markdly improved,70% of whose skin lesion were subsided,fungus became negative;and 1(0.6%)improved,30% of whose skin lesionsubsided,fungus became negative or still positive.In these cases,no anyside effect was noticed.In this article,a quick,better and effective methodof treating cutaneous condidiasis albicans and skin mycoses which are difficultto eradicate is provided now.
