The author forecasts the developing scale of the secondary vocational scale in different provinces of China in future by taking the number of the school students in primary school and secondary school as the cardinal number, based on which the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of ten secondary vocational education and provides the decision-making preference for the educational programming sections in different provinces of China who master the developing orientation of the secondary vocational education macroscopically.
