在分析中国经济发展形势和中国人力资源开发形势的基础上,阐述高技能人才在经济发展中的地位和作用,并针对中国高技能人才短缺现状提出解决对策。
The author states the position and role of the talents with high skill in the economic development on the basis of analyzing the developing situation of Chinese economy and the explorative situation of Chinese manpower resource and puts forward the countermeasures aiming at the current situation that China's talents with high skill shorten.
