从中国加入WTO所面临的机遇和挑战出发,在阐述社会考试内涵的基础上,从6个方面说明健全社会考试服务体系的必要性,分析我国目前社会考试体系存在的主要弊端,并针对这些弊端提出健全社会考试服务体系的对策与建议,要求提高认识,立规建制,加强学习,加强社会考试工作的国际交流与合作。

The author illustrates the necessity of perfecting the service system of the social examination on the basis of stating the connotation of the social examination from the angel of the chances and opportunities that China has after China's entry into WTO, analyzes the main shortages the social examination system in China has nowadays, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on perfecting the service system of social examination aiming at the shortages, sets a demand to improve the knowing, build the laws and rules , strengthen learning and strengthen the international communication and cooperation of the social examination work.
