推进素质教育 培养高技能人才——宁波职业技术学院实施素质教育的实践探索

Furthering the Quality-oriented Education and Training the Talents with High Skill——Exploration on the Practice of the Quality-oriented Education of Ningbo Vocational and Technical College

在职业教育中实施素质教育,必须确立"以素质为核心,以能力为基础"的人才培养模式。本文结合宁波职业技术学院实施素质教育的实践,提出以就业为导向,坚持校企联合、产学一体,探索高职院校素质教育的有效途径,并建立行之有效的评价机制,从而建立起新的人才培养模式。

We must build the talents' training pattern taking the quality as the core and the ability as the base when we implement quality-oriented education in vocational education. The authors put forward we should take the employment as the guidance,insist on the combination of school and enterprise,the integration of the industry and school,explore the effective pathes of the quality-oriented education in higher vocational school and build the effective evaluating system so as to build new talents' training pattern combining the practice that Ningbo vocational and technical college implements quality-oriented eduation.
