重庆三峡库区饮用水安全存在的问题与对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures on Drinking Water Safety in Three Gorges Reservoir Area of Chongqing

饮用水源的污染以及常规的水处理工艺去除污染的局限性等原因,使库区人民健康正面临日益严重的威胁。结合三峡库区特殊的自然条件和社会经济发展水平,本文分析了库区饮用水安全存在的问题,并提出供水水质安全保障对策,即加强水污染控制,保护水源安全;采用先进、适用的净水技术;控制生活饮用水的二次污染,为库区构建新型的安全饮用水保障体系。

The pollution of drinking water sources, the limitation of pollutant removal with conventional water treatment process and other reasons are bringing increasingly serious threats to people's health in Three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing. Combining with the special natural conditions and developmental level of social economy, this paper analyses the problems that exist in drinking water safety of Three Gorges Reservoir area and puts forward some safety control measures including strengthening water pollution control, protecting water sources, using advanced and applicable water treatment technologies and controlling the secondary pollution of water supply to construct a new guarantee system for drinking water safety of Three Gorges Reservoir area.
