摘要
研究了马尾松低卡伯值硫酸盐浆高压高温H2 O2 漂白 ,探讨了漂白过程中压力、温度、时间、H2 O2 用量、Na2 SiO3用量以及NaOH用量对漂后纸浆白度的影响。实验结果表明 ,在压力 1.2MPa左右 ,温度 12 5~ 13 0℃ ,时间1h左右 ,H2 O2 用量为 4%~ 5 % ,Na2 SiO3用量为 3 % ,NaOH用量为 1% ,浆浓为 10 %的条件下 ,漂后纸浆白度可达80 %ISO以上。
Research was conducted on high-pressure/high-temperature hydrogen peroxide bleaching of Masson pine kraft pulp with low Kappa number, probing into the influence of bleaching pressure, temperature, time, hydrogen peroxide dosage, sodium silicate dosage and sodium hydroxide dosage on pulp brightness after bleaching. The pulp brightness after bleaching can reach over 80%ISO under the conditions of 1.2MPa, 125~130℃and around 1 hour. The suitable chemical charges are as follows: 4%~5% of hydrogen peroxide, 3% of sodium silicate, 1% of sodium hydroxide and 10% of pulp consistency.
