XG—461皮革补伤消光剂贮存稳定性的研究

摘要 简述XG—461皮革补伤消光剂的设计原理,分析产品在贮存过程中“分层”和“鱼籽状”颗粒产生的原因,提出保持产品贮存稳定性的工艺,试验在工业生产装置上进行,产品稳定性达到了规定要求。新工艺应用于工业化生产,具有重要的实用性。 Leather Damage-repairing Matting Agent XG-461, composed of high molecular compounds and matting materials, is a solution in viscous thick form. Due to the reasons relating to the particle sizes of high molecular compounds and the hydrophilic-lipo-philic differences between components, products tend to layer,and delustering particles degradate in s torage. During the synthesis of high molecular compounds, in an attempt to overcome disadvantages, the reaction temperatures should be,at the early stage,kept a t 75-80 ℃ , however, a t late s tage,at 55-60 ℃. In doing so,particle sizes of the resultant compunds may be made bigger and uniform, in which case, no change occurs to the particle sizes with time. An optimum choice of emulsifiers is, preferable nonionic and ionic surfat-cants, is most signifcant for the co-compound. The quantity offered should be 2.5%,and the proportion of nonionic surfactant to ionic one is 1:4(on weight) . Thus prepared matting agent for leather damage-repairing, XG-461 is stab le in storage.
