摘要
主要论述基于英特网 ,利用 IT技术的加工参数选择系统 ISIPS(Internet- based System for Insert and ParameterSelection)。该系统包括 :终端用户、JSP(Java Server Page)和数据库 3层结构。小型机械加工工厂的用户可以通过英特网和该系统的帮助 ,实现远程、经济地获取其当前机械加工所需的加工数据。文中以介绍铣削加工的 ISIPS系统的操作为例。如果在机械加工中需要进行铣削或车削 ,那么 ,就由 CAPP(Computer Aided Process Planning)激活 ISIPS系统 。
This paper outlines the architecture of an internet-based system for Insert and Parameter Selection (ISIPS) for NC milling operations using the advanced Information Technology (IT). The system has a three-tier structure including end user, Java Server Page(JSP), and database. A user can retrieve current cutting data needed for machining operations remotely through the Internet, and the system assists in economic machining operations in small machine shops. The paper also presents the development of an ISIPS for milling operations. If an operation requires the use of a milling or turning operation then the Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) system activates ISIPS through the Internet to receive the most appropriate tool along with the best machining parameters for the required operation.
