摘要
在凸轮升程误差设计要求与测量评定要求的基础上 ,提出了凸轮升程误差的二义性 ;进而分析现有圆柱凸轮升程误差的几种测量评定方法的优、缺点 ,提出基于三次样条函数拟合的凸轮升程误差评定方法。理论分析和比较测量实验结果表明 。
On the basis of the requirements on design and measurement of the cam lifting, the author expounded the dualism of the cam lifting and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages over existing measuring methods of cylindrical cam lifting. A cam lifting error measuring method has been put forward based on tertiary sample functional combinations. Theoretical analysis and comparing with measuring test results are shown that the measuring precision using this method is high.
