基于数字千分尺的零件加工的误差统计分析

利用数字千分尺测量一批零件的尺寸分布 ,测量数据通过接口适配器实时送入计算机。分别采用软件的 Active XAutomation技术和 VC++语言编程对数据进行处理 ,自动获得该批次零件的尺寸正态分布图。

A party of elements are measured by a digital micrometer caliper and data are sent to computer in real time. This paper has introduced two methods to deal with the data files .The software ActiveX technology is used to introduce Excel to analyze result. On the other hand, we try to design program aiming for the saved data files.
