摘要
铬鞣的碱化是鞣制过程中不可少的步骤,其一,铬鞣同步加入白云石粉或轻质碳酸钙,5~7小时后完成碱化;其二,滞于始鞣的1.5~2.0小时加入上述物质;其三,小苏打溶液分多次加入鞣液中,完成碱化过程;其四,用市售的自动碱化的铬鞣粉剂,靠恰到好处的蒙囿效果,达到同样的目的。这些碱化方法的缺点之一是:良心pH值偏低,皮的两面pH值开始偏高,造成皮心死板、粒面粗糙。本文研究是将碱化物质予先较为均匀地包埋在裸皮之中,鞣制时达到自动碱化的目的。
An auto—basifying agent having a deliming function has been developed and used in the tan ning process. This agent can be evenly embeded in the pelt prior to tannage and will basify the tanning process automatively. This paper presents the effect of this agent on the properties of pelt, the changes of Cr_2O_3 content and pH value of tanning liquor in the tanning process and the applying characteristics of the agent.
