丁苯胶乳对油井水泥浆性能的影响研究 被引量:18

摘要 针对胶乳种类对油井水泥浆性能的影响 ;胶乳加量对油井水泥浆性能的影响 ;降失水剂对胶乳水泥浆体系性能的影响 ;胶乳对水泥石强度的影响。实验研究了国产丁苯胶乳对油井水泥浆的失水、流变性、自由液和水泥石抗压抗折强度的影响。结果表明 ,随胶乳加量增大 ,胶乳对水泥浆体系的流变性影响不大 ,但使体系的失水量及自由液明显降低 ,对水泥石的抗压强度减小而抗折强度增大。 In consideration of the influence of the type and amount of latex on the performance of oil-well cement slurry, that of filtrate reducer on the performance of latex cement slurry and that of latex on bond cement strength, and through studying the influence of domestic styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) latex on the water loss, rheological property and free liquid of oil-well cement slurry and on the compressive and tensile strengths of bond cement in laboratory, it was indicated that, along with the increase in the amount of SBR latex, the influence of SBR latex on the rheological property of cement slurry system was small, but the SBR latex could cause the water loss and free liquid of the system to be obviously reduced and the compressive strength of bond cement to be decreased and its tensile strength to be increased. The factors affecting the performance of oil-well cement slurry by SBR latex are theoretically analyzed in the paper.
