摘要
用静电植绒技术制备活性炭纤维(ACF)功能材料时,ACF短绒常会产生团聚现象,影响静电植绒产品的质量.通过对产生团聚现象机理的分析,找到了消除团聚现象的方法,生产出性能稳定的产品.
Active carbon fiber (ACF) flocks may agglomerate when making fu nctional materials from ACF. This influences the quality of the electrostaticall y flocked products. The agglomeration mechanism was analyzed, and a method to el iminate the agglomeration was found, which enabled to produce the products with stable performance.
