鲈鱼寄生逆转指环虫的分类地位 被引量:3

THE TAXONOMIC STATUS OF DACTYLOGYRUS INVERSUS(MONOGENEA, DACTYLOGYRIDAE)INFERRED FROM DNA SEQUENCES

摘要 采用单个虫体PCR扩增、序列测定与分析的方法 ,对寄生于鲈鱼及鲤科鱼类的 4种指环虫的核糖体 2 8SrRNA基因 5′端部分序列和内转录间隔区 1(ITS1)进行了研究 ,并采用PAUP软件中的最大简约法 (mostparsimo ny,MP)和邻接法 (neighborjoining ,NJ)构建了 2 8SrDNA分子系统树。结果显示 ,逆转指环虫明显地嵌合于其它 3种指环虫之间 ,不宜将其从指环虫属中移出另立似小突虫属 ,从而进一步明确了逆转指环虫的分类地位。 The morphology and host specificity of Dactylogyrus inversus and its relationship with other dactylogylids have for a long time been under debate, so the partial sequences of the 5′ end of nuclear 28S rRNA gene and nuclear rDNA internal transcribed spacer 1(ITS1)have been amplified by PCR and sequenced directly from a single worm, and with two phylogenetic methods, most parsimony(MP)and neighbour-joining(NJ), the molecular systematics of 4 species of Dactylogyrus parasitizing the fish of Percidae and Cyprinidae respectively has been studied here. Although the shape of Dactylogyrus inversus is more extraordinary as compared with other species of this genus, the reconstructed phylogeny indicates that Dactylogyrus inversus should belong to the genus Dactylogyrus. Previous studies that transfer this species to another genus Microncotrematoides are not supported by the molecular results obtained in this research.
