三种鼠针毛表面超微结构的比较研究 被引量:13

摘要 利用扫描电镜技术对棕背Clethrionomysrufocanus、大林姬鼠Apodemussylvatics和花鼠Eutaraiassibiricus3种森林害鼠针毛的表面结构进行观察。研究结果认为 :3种鼠针毛在鳞片类型、游离缘平滑度、高度、密度等因素上存在一定的差异 ,其中棕背和大林姬鼠差异不显著 ,而花鼠与其它两种鼠差异显著 ,在鼠的分类上具有一定的参考意义。 Surface ultrastracture of needle hairs of three rat species were studied by SEM.The results showed that the needle hairs of three rat species have certain differences on the types of squama,the smooth degrees of dissociated edge of squama,the height of squama and the density of squama.There are no ob- vious differences between Clethrionomys rufocanus and Apodemus sylvatics,and there are obvious differences between Eutaraias sibiricus and other two species. In addition,there are obvious differences on segments' squama of the same needle hair among the 3 species. This offers certain reference for studying the rat's taxonomy.
