摘要
采用分子生物学和形态学相结合的方法 ,对采自广东省翁源县的编号为GDa71的昆虫病原线虫进行分类鉴定。该线虫各虫期的主要形态特征、测量值以及基于ITS1和部分 2 8SrDNA两段序列 ,分别构建系统进化树均显示它与印度异小杆线虫Heterorhabditisindica相似 ,是后者的一个品系 ,为中国新纪录。
An isolate of entomopathogenic nematode GDa71 obtained from a soil sample collected from Guangdong Province, China was identified by a combined molecular and morphological approach. Phylogenetic trees inferred from the ITS1 and a partial of 28S rDNA sequences showed consistently that GDa71 belonged to the clade Heterorhabditis indica, which separated clearly from other described Heterorhabditis species. The morphometrics and key morphological characteristics of GDa71 were highly similar to H. indica. All these results demonstrated that GDa71 is a strain of H. indica, which is reported from China for the first time.
