摘要
研究了叉飞虱属GaragaAnufriev的种类 ,共记述 6个种 ,其中包括 1新种G .trifurcaGuoetLiang ,sp .nov .和中国大陆 1新纪录种G .pallidaYang ,补绘了已知种荻叉飞虱G .miscanthiDing的特征图 ,并编制了叉飞虱属的分种检索表。
The genus Garaga Anufriev(Homoptera, Delphacidae)was studied. One new species and one new record species from mainland of China were described and the new species was illustrated. A key to species of the genus was provided. All specimens were deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China(IZCAS).Garaga trifurca Guo et Liang, sp. nov. (Figs.1-14) ♂(Macropterous)Length of body: 3.4mm, length of body(includ. teg.): 4.7mm, length of tegmen: 3.8mm. Antennae with second segment longer than first segment about 1.4∶1.0. Frons in middle line longer than wide at greatest part about 2.2∶1.0, widest at the level of lower eyes, median carina forked at the level of median eyes. Aedeagus arched upward medially, reflected cephalad in two long flagella subapically: dorsal flagellum terminating in two processes with short process turned left obliquely, long process turned right and surpassing basal aedeagus; left-lateral flagellum slender and long, terminating in a single process, reaching base of aedeagus, turned left then caudad apically. Produced portion of diaphragm with dorsal margin concave medially, ventral margin straight, lateral margins oblique. Genital styles trifurcate apically. This species can be distinguished from other species of genus Garaga by its genitalic structure. Holotype ♂, Vietnam, Tonkin, Hoa-Binh, leg. A. de Cooman(IZCAS). Etymology. The name of the species is derived from the Latin furca and prefix tri-, referring the genital style of the species trifurcate apically. Distribution. Vietnam.
