Although translation plays a very important role in understanding and to accepting cultural differences, the intermediate language used in translation has its limits. Multi cultural enterprises should recognize, accept and respect it. The mutual infiltration and blending of plural cultures will be the only way for the multi cultural enterprises to resolve cultural conflicts. [
