色谱指纹图谱指数及其对射干抗病毒注射液的评价

Index of chromatogramic fingerprints and its evaluation of Shegan Kangbingdu Injection

目的 提出以平均峰面积表示色谱指纹图谱指数(F)和相对指数(Fr),用F和Fr揭示中药色谱指纹图谱信息的丰富程度和分离情况,反映指纹信号强度的大小和均化程度。方法 用HPLC和HPCE指纹图谱实验结果进行应用研究。结果 用F和Fr评价了射干抗病毒注射液及其各单味药材的指纹图谱结果,并对文献中丹参HPLC指纹图谱进行了评价。结论 F与Fr可客观、全面、简捷地用于评价色谱指纹图谱。

OBJECTIVE To propose the index and relative index of chromatographic fingerprints (Fr) based on the average peak areas and to indicate how bountiful the information was in chromatographic fingerprints (F) of Chinese traditional medicines, how good was the separation effect- how high was the peak signal and how equal were the peak areas. METHODS The index and relative index of chromatographic fingerprints were firstly applied to evaluate the chromatographic fingerprint results of Chinese traditional medicines determined by the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method and high performance capillary electrophoresis. RESULTS We had successfully evaluated the fingerprints of Shegan Kangbingdu Injection and all its Chinese traditional medicinal ingredients by F and Fr, so did for the HPLC fingerprints of Radix salviae mihiorrhizae reported in literatures. At the same time, the F and Fr of the capillary electrophoresis fingerprints of folium isatidis. rhizoma belamcandae and compound liquoric tablets were successfully determined. As far as F was concerned, there was no evident difference between HPLC and capillary electrophoresis , but the Fr values from CE were a thousand times more than those from HPLC. CONCLUSIONS F and Fr can be applied objectively, simply and thoroughly to evaluate the chromatographic fingerprints.
