三胶颗粒质量标准研究

Quality study of Sanjiao granules

目的 建立三胶颗粒的质量标准。方法 采用TLC法定性鉴别了当归、女贞子、黄芪、陈皮;用HPLC法测定制剂中橙皮苷的含量。结果 制剂样品中橙皮苷的平均含量为1.69 mg·g-1,平均回收率为100.41％,RSD=1.36％(n=5)。结论该方法简单、准确,能有效控制制剂质量。

OBJECTIVE To control the quality of Sanjiao granules. METHODS Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Fruc tus Ligustri Lucidi, Radix Astragali and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae were identified by TLC, and hesperidin was determined by RP-HPLC. RESULTS The average content of hesperidin in Sanjiao granules was 1. 69 mg · g-1 , the average recovery was 100. 41%, and RSD was 1. 36% (n = 5). CONCLUSIONS The methods are simple, accurate, and can control the quality of Sanjiao granules effectively.
