霉酚酸酯不良反应的临床分析

Clinical analysis of adverse reactions caused by Mycophenolate Mofetil

目的 了解霉酚酸酯(MMF)不良反应的发生情况,并探讨其相关因素。方法 对99例肾移植患者应用霉酚酸酯后发生的不良反应资料进行回顾性分析。结果 99例服用霉酚酸酯的移植患者中,不良反应发生率为32.3％(32例)。其中,消化系统不良反应发生率为28.3％(28例),血液系统不良反应发生率为12.1％(12例),其他5.1％(5例)。霉酚酸酯不良反应大多数可逆,减量或停药后症状减轻或痊愈。结论 霉酚酸酯的主要不良反应为消化系统与血液系统不良反应,与剂量和时间有关,减量或停药后基本可恢复。

OBJECTIVE To analyze adverse reactions caused by Mycophenolate Mofetil and its related factors. METHODS We analyzed all the adverse reactions in 99 transplant recipients treated with Mycophenolate Mofetil. RESULTS Thirty-two patients (32.3%) had adverse reactions, 28 (28.3%) had gastrointestinal reactions, 12 (12. 1%) had blood system reactions, and another 5 (5. 1%) had other reactions. Most of those adverse reactions could be reversed and the symptom could be relieved or restored by reducing the dosage or terminating it. CONCLUSIONS The adverse reactions of Mycophenolate Mofetil are mainly gastrointestinal reactions and blood system reactions. Those reactions have something to do with the drug dosage and how long the patient use it. Most of those adverse reactions can be reversed, the symptom can be relieved or restored by reducing the dosage or terminating it.
