On the Information Ability and Innovation Ability for College Teachers

本文论述了信息能力是大学教师的必备业务能力 ,特别强调信息获取能力 ,论大学教师的信息能力与知识创新 并指出信息获取的主要途径 ;论述了大学教师的信息能力与知识创新的关系 ,强调大学教师在新世纪的科技革命中重视信息能力 。

This paper discusses that the information ability,especially the ability in information access,is a must for college teachers.It points out the main route to information access,analyses the relationship between the information ability and the innovation ability.In the scientific revolution in the new century,great importance should undoubtedly be attached to the college teachers' information ability,and the ability in information access in particular.
