炼油厂废水处理的探讨

摘要 为探讨生化法的最佳处理效果,针对普通推流式活性污泥法组织了长达一年的正交试验,选择COD、硫化物、温度、DO为考虑因素,选用L9(43)正交表,进行四因素三水平的正交试验。经重复试验选出最佳参数,将其应用于污水处理后,合格率有了明显提高,同时减轻了操作工的劳动强度,取得了较好的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。 The common method of push-flow activated sludge had been chosen to be tested orthogonally for as long as one year to probe into the optimum treating effect of biochemical method.Authors selected COD,sulfide,temperature and DO as factors,chose L 9(4 3) orthogonal table and took orthogonal test of those four factors and three different levels.After the optimum parameters were chosen from repeated tests and applied onto sewage treatment,the qualification rate had been obviously promoted and the labour intensity of operator had been lowered,which had made good social economic and environmental benefit.
