从阐述医技科室建设发展的趋势入手，就当前其质量管理现状进行分析，着重探讨确立与医技科室发展相适应的质量建设思路，提出了摆正医技科室的角色作用，建立零缺陷管理机制，实施分类管理和综合治理等相关举措。

Knowing the development trend in the construction of medical technology departments, the author analyzes the current situation in management quality and presents some considerations in quality construction appropriate to the development of medical t6chnology departments, suggesting that the medical technology departments should have their proper position in the hospital, a 0 defect management system should be established,and that combination of differential management and comprehensive management should be adopted.
