实现医学人才群体结构优化,应遵循梯级原则、协调原则、多样原则、动态原则。群体功能应具有竞争、互补、感应、师承、功放等优化效应。
In optimizing the structure of the medical human resource group, the following principles should be observed:the flight - of - stairs principle, the coordination principle, the variety principle, and the dynamic principle. Optimized group function should have competing, mutral compensating, inducing, teaching, and amplifying effects.
