摘要
开展“以病人为中心”的优质服务，我院平均住院日由２３天降到１６天，护理工作量增加３０％，传统的功能制护理模式已不能适应新形势的需要，为此，我们进行了整体护理研究与尝试，取得一定效果。
With launching the patient -- oriented service of high quality,the ALOS in my hospital has droped to 16 days from 23days, and the amount of nursing work has risen 30%. The nursing model of traditional function can't suit the need of new siftuation, therefore we have student and tried the whole nursing care and obtained some effecfiveness.
