Based on the quality analysis of the writing of various nursing files,the article proposes some countermeasures for raising the writing quality of nursing files, which include heightening quality awareness, perfecting quality standards, setting up three - level quality control, awarding the excellencies so as to unifying, specifying and standardizing the writing of nursing files.
