搞好卫生事业费核算　确保为军队伤病员服务

Making a good job of operating expense accounting to ensure medical service for mililtary casualties

军队人员来我院门诊每人次医疗费由 １９９４年的 ２７．１５元增加到 １９９６年的 ４５．２１元，递增率为６６．５２％；住院每人每天７０． ５９元增加到１９９６年的１２３．７５元，递增率为７５．３１％，而同期上级下拨的卫生事业费等与军队伤病员实际消耗的医疗费相差甚远，我院坚持根据伤病员的实际需要施治，为他们的健康作出了一定的贡献。同时，能正确使用，合理分配医院对外医疗的收益，加强医院的管理，向管理要效益。把有限的经费使用好。

The clinical medical expense for a military person increased from 27. 15 yuan in 1994 to 45. 21 yuan 1996 with a progressive increase of 66. 52 %, the hospital stay/person day increased from 70. 59 yuan to 123. 75 yuan with a progressive increase of 75 .31 during the same period. There is a big gap between the health care expenses granted by the superior body and the actual consumption. We maintain that the military hospital is obliged to make contribution to the health of the military casualties by providing them with necessary medical treatment, at the same time, the hospital should make rational use of the medical income from nonmilitary sources to strengthen the construction of the hospital, and raise effciency by more effective management so as to make better use of the limited operating expenses.
