从医院角度分析医疗费快速增长的原因

Analysis on the factors contributing to the spiral of medical expenses on the part of the hospital

医疗费用快速增长，超过了物价上涨指数的３－５倍，使个人、单位及政府承受巨大压力。笔者从医院角度，分析了医疗费用快速增长的原因，一是医疗消费方的因素；二是医疗服务提供方的因素；三是药品生产、流通过程中对药品价格影响的因素；四是国家医疗卫生政策改革不配套造成的影响。

Annual increase in medical expenses is 3 ~ 5 times as much as the index of price rise, imposing enormous pressure on individuals, units and the government. This has become a hot point of social concen as well as the key point of health reform of the government. Based on a subjective, practical and realistic analysis of the causes for the spiral of medical expenses , the author considers the following aspects as the contributing factors: (1) the factor arising from medical consumption; (2) the factor arising from medical services; (3 ) the factor arising from prices influenced in the process of production and circulation; (4) factors arising from the health reforming policies of the state.
