我院在创建“以病人为中心，全国百佳医院”活动中，努力实现三个转变；一是把以病人为中心作为医疗行为的基本准则，促进服务观念的转变。二是把以病人为中心作为医院管理的最高原则，促进管理模式的转变。三是把以病人为中心作为医疗创新的根本动力，促进创新机制的转变。充分体现“以病人为中心”是推进医院建设和发展的强大动力。

in the process of establishing 'Baijia hospital by patient - oriented', our hospital has achieved some process as follows: (l ) the change of servicing concept through regarding 'patient - oriented' as the basic standard of medical behavior; (2) the change of managing model through regarding it as the highest principle; (3) the change of creating system through regarding it as the basic power of medical poineering work, which indicated 'patient - oriented'is the great power to promote hospital construction and development.
