军队医院按动态病种群的效率考核研究

Efficiency stugy of military hospital by the dynamic disese groug

建立精确考核医院效率的测量方法，提高军队医院效率评价的可比性与科学性，为改进医疗质量评价指标体系提供方法学依据。方法：在国内外病种理论研究的基础上，建立了动态病种群质量单元并进行了界定研究；在对７所军队医院１９９６年～１９９８年上半年度住院病种描述性分析的基础上，进行了动态病种群的传统单一指标，与服务强度、费用强度以及医疗需求强度复合指标的效率对比研究。结果：通过对动态病种群的各级效率强度指数测算，显示军队医院卫生资源利用效率偏低，与其规模及供给能力不符。结论：从卫生服务供给满足医疗需要的效率角度，动态病种群为质量单元较单病种质量单元更具有可比性与稳定性；复合指标较单一指标具有更精确性。

Objective:Set up exact measurement of hospital efficiency Medical Illness Severity, Severity the accuracy of efficiency evaluation of military hospitals, and supply the methods basis for the comprehensive system of quality evaluation. Methods: On the studies of diseaese mangement, this article complete study of quality unit by the dynamic disease group. All in - patients from 1996 to 1998 in the 7 military hospitals are collected to caculate some complex efficiency indexs which give the MDI of different degree hospitals. Results: The hospital degree can't suit the efficiency degree. Conclution: The quality unit by the dynamic disease group is more stable, and the complex efficiency indexs are more accuracy.
