强化医院管理者的现代医学伦理意识是医院改革和健康发展的保证。现代医学伦理意识作为一种行为判断、抉择的导向，规定和保证着医院各项工作的发展方向。它使人们能始终用一正确的伦理观去指导医疗行为，对各种行为、医学难题作出道德的判断、选择。强化和提高现代医学伦理意识，应该坚持病人利益至上，社会效益优先；坚持医疗公正；坚持集体主义价值导向。

Strenthenign the consciousness of modem medical ethics of hospital administrators is the assurance of reform and development of hospital. As a behavior guide, the consciousness stipulates and assures the developing direction of hospital works, which gives people the correct ethics viewpoint to guide the medical behavior, and makes the judge and choice to the every kind of behaviors and difficult medical problems. So we should persist in patient benefit - oriented, social benefit - priorited, equality of medical service and the value guide of collectivism.
