军队病人病种费用分析与军队医院补偿机制研究

从多方面对某三甲医院两年出院的军队住院病人的病种费用进行分析。发现，老年病和１０万元以上的大额病种人数不多，但医疗费用很高；还发现，军队医院负担过重、保障面过宽、经费补偿不合理等。提出实行分类保障：对现役军人实行按身份、按病种系数拨款；对离退休干部建立专项基金，实行重点保障；家属、职工参加医疗保险。

Based on the analysis of disease expenditure of all military inpatients in a three - level first - class military hospital in two years, it was found that very high expenditures were spent in very few patient with aging diseases and the diseases above 10 000 yuan. In this study,the hospitalization expenses of all military inpatients were manifoldly investigated and analysed in a three- level first - class military hospital in two years. The results showed that very high expenses were spent in very few patients with the aging diseases and the diseases above ten thousand yuan. It was also found that there were some problems such as heavy burden, more supports and irrational appropriation compensation, appropriating for the armymen on duty by their cost coefficients, setting up special funds to provide special support for left and retired cadres, and letting armymen's families and civilian stud take part in medical insurance.
