The paper reports the study on the morphological ration of the granuloma around Schistosoma japonicum eggs in the livers of experimental pigs with bio-ste-reological technic was reported in this paper.The results suggest that it is easy to operate ,analyse and calculate with this experimental model of pig and the bio-stereological technic.What′s more,it is supply a new experimental animal model and a new measument for pathological study of schistosomiasis and evaluation of effects of anti-schistosoma drugs.
