以面动脉为蒂的逆行下颌缘皮瓣全鼻再造术

Total Nose Reconstruction with Reversed Mandibular Flap Pedided with Facial Artery

目的:探讨一种全鼻再造的新术式。方法:应用以面动脉为蒂的下颌缘皮瓣逆行转移全鼻再造。结果:面动脉为蒂的全鼻再造3例患者,手术一次成功,皮瓣Ⅰ期成活,鼻外形满意。结论:使用该方法全鼻再造,具有供受区邻近,切取转移方便,血管恒定,血供丰富,皮瓣质软与面部肤色近似等优点。是一种具有推广应用价值的新术式。

Objective: To study a new operation method of nasal reconsturetion. Methods: The reversed mandibular flap pedicled with facial artery was used. Result: 3 cases were treated with the new operative technique and the results were satisfactory. The noses show good shape. Conclusion: The tissue needed is at close distance from donor area and the flaps have excellent blood supply. The flaps were soft and its color was the same as the nomal facial skin.The operative technique is easy and convenient.
