“S”形皮瓣在腋臭整形术的应用

Application of S-like Skin Flap in Plastic Operation of Hircismus

目的:应用局部解剖特点寻求较好的腋臭手术方法。方法:同期门诊手术治疗的双侧中重度腋臭患者33例,随机分出的整形组14例,采用“S”形皮肤切口、剪除皮下毛囊及汗腺组织,腋区皮肤保留为前上和后下两个含真皮下血管网的皮瓣。结果:除臭效果与常规手术相同,但皮瓣愈合较常规手术好。结论:本术式为治疗中重度腋臭较为理想的方法。

Objective: To find more effective operation methods to treat hircismus. Methods: 33 patiens who were randomly divided into normal operation group( 19 cases) and group operated with our designed procedures were incise the skin with a 's' like incision,scissor the hair follicle and sweat gland. The superioanterior and hy-poposterior flaps with blood networks under corium in axillary region was reserved. Results: The designed operation was equally effective as normol methods. But the flaps could heal up more effectively. Conclusion: The opertaion is a better methods type hircismus.
