摘要
目的:报道微型外固定器治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法:采用微型外固定器治疗髌骨骨折20例,不需要附加石膏外固定,手术次日开始膝关节屈伸功能锻炼。结果:本组20例,13例(65%)近解剖对位,7例(35%)髌骨关节面“台阶”在3mm之内,术后6~8周X线片,骨折愈合,膝关节屈伸活动恢复正常,随访6~48月(平均30个月),无并发症发生。结论:微型外固定器是治疗髌骨骨折一种较为理想的方法。
Objective: To report the clinical effect of minature external firator on patellor fracture. Methods: Twenty cases of patellor fracture were treated with minature exteral fixator and with no closed - plaster. Flexion esercises and estension of knee joints must begin one day after the operadon. Results: Of the 20 cases, 13 (65% ) were dose to anatomical position and the patellar surface' steps/ in 7 cases (35% ) were within 3mm 6 - 8 weeks after operadon, the X - Ray showed that the fractures were cured and the flexion and extension of knee joint became normal. There were no complications in the 6-48 months follow - up (average 30 months) . Minature external fixator is an ideal method for the treatment of patellar fracture.
