摘要
目的:探讨肺动脉肉瘤的诊断和外科治疗。方法:通过报道1例肺动脉肉瘤并结合有关文献分析。结果:原发性肺动脉肉瘤极其罕见,易局部复发和转移。结论:本病诊断困难,治疗是手术切除并结合放疗和化疗。
Objective: To discuss the diagnosis and surgical treatment of angiocarcinoma of pulmonary artery. Methods:To report one cases and review the literature. Results:The diseese is rarely seen and has a tendenay of Metastesis and recurence. Conclusion: Diagnosis of the disease is difficult. Treatment of it is surgical resection, chemotheropy and radiotherapy.
