Suparcondylar Fracture of the Humerus Supervened with Radial Nerve Injury

目的:探讨肱骨髁上骨折合并神经损伤的规律性。方法:对临床154例肱骨髁上骨折中合并神经损伤者进行分类统计。结果:发现20例合并有桡神经损伤,无正中神经、尺神经损伤,20例病人均经手术证实。结论:肱骨髁上骨折合并神经损伤主要是桡神经,而不是正中神经。

Objective: To study the regularity of the suparcondylar fracture of the humerus were combined with nerve injury .Methods: 154 cases of suparcondylar fracture of the humerus combined with all kinds of nerve injury were classified. Results:20 cases of the suparcondylar frcature of the humerus were accompanied by radial nerve injury but no median nerve injury and ulnar nerve injury. The 20 cases were all confirmend by clinical operations. Conclusion: Most of the suparcondylar fracture of the humerus combined with nerve injuries were radial nerve injury, not median nerve injury.
