摘要
“九五”计划和２０１０年远景目标的实现是保证我国国民经济持续发展的宏伟蓝图，水资源作为国民经济的基础产业，有着举足轻重的作用．本文针对水资源存在“水多为患，水少成灾，水污染祸延子孙，水土流失贻及后世，工农业用水过量的种种麻烦从四面涌来”的实际，借鉴国外保护水资源的先进经验，提出了提高忧患意识，转变思想观念；保护自然资源，良化生态环境；调整空间结构，向大海要淡水；控制人口数量。
Abstract Water plays a more and more important role in China`s economic development.This paper first analyzes problems of water polution,soil erosion,water wasting,water shortage and flood,and then proposes some measures in water protection and supply:protecting the natural resources,improving the ecological system,adjusting the environmental structure,desalinating sea water and family planning.
