摘要
高校是社会主义精神文明建设的重要阵地。它自身肩负的历史使命以及我国社会主义现代化建设所面临的艰巨任务，都要求高校在精神文明建设方面走在前面；高校应结合自身特点搞好精神文明创建活动，努力在精神支柱建设、思想道德风尚培养、基础文明、优美环境、精神生活等方面成为示范；搞好高校精神文明建设关键在领导。
Abstract Colleges and universities are important bases for cultural progress in China.They must try to make themselves models in the cultural aspects of social life and economic development:moral and ideological training,basic cultural construction and enviromental protection. In such a drive,the leadership is essential and the faculties and students are the base.
