摘要
悬链式链斗卸船机是用悬链段卸载,在卸载的同时可完成清仓作业。悬链段的挖料部分长度取决于卸船能力。为简化计算,把带料斗的链条看作是受均布载荷的柔索,形成一理想的悬链曲线。根据悬链线方程式和结构布置的需要,逐步求出链斗机构和链斗运行轨迹的布置尺寸。
Chain bucket type shipunloader with suspended chain uses its suspended section to unload a ship. It can also be used for cleaning operation after unloading. The length of the digging part of the suspended section depends on unloading rate. In order to simplify calculation, the chain with buckets can be considered as a flexible rope with uniformly distributed load, so that it forms an ideal curve of suspended chain. Based on equations for suspended chain and limitations in structural arrangement, the disposition of chain bucket mechanism and the running trajectory of the chain bucket are found.
