Electric design problems in applying torque limiter to a crane

为了保证起重机安全可靠地运行,必须安装力矩限制器或超载限制器。本文介绍力矩限制器的一般工作原理,提出了改进的起重机力矩限制器的保护原则和电控设计应该注意的几个问题。

In order to ensure safe and reliable operation of a crane, it is necessary to install a torque limiter or overload protector. Present paper introduces common working principles of the torque limiter, puts forward the modified protection principle of torque limiter for crane, points out several problems, to which attention should be paid in designing electric control.
