摘要
本文运用液压系统故障逻辑逼近诊断法对QT60型塔式起重机液压缸下降时产生断续振动的现象进行了分析,得出的结论是振动现象由于液压系统的平衡回路设计不合理所致,经过对原液压系统进行改进设计,消除了断续振动现象,提高了运动的平稳性。
Using logic approaching method onto hydraulic system trouble shooting, this article analyses the phenomenon of intermittent vibration observed during downward stroke of the hydraulic cylinder of QT60 type tower crane. Analysis shows, the vibration occurs due to inappropriate design of balance circuit of the hydraulic system. Improvement of circuit design has eliminated the vibration and raised movement smoothness.
