对铸造起重机起升机构制动器的要求是安全可靠和不产生过大的冲击。文章对制动器的选型作了简要论述,并以起重机设计规范为依据,对制动力矩选择作了探讨,通过对下降制动过程的分析,验算平均下降制动减速度,对于超速的情况提出了补救措施。最后列出了计算的实例。

The requirement to a brake of the lifting mechanism of a ladle crane is safety, reliability, without excessive shock. This paper briefly discusses the selection of a brake, investigates the braking torque based on crane design regulations. By analysing the braking process during lowering movement the average brake deceleration during lowering movement is calculated. The remedy measure is proposed for the case of excessive speed. Finally, examples of calculation are presented.
