摘要
电梯曳引机及其组成部件的设计、制造与装配质量均可利用测得的扭振信号进行分析与判定。文章对扭振信号的形成过程、评价参数、测量装置分别作了论述;对扭振与噪声的关系、扭振与负载的关系以及扭振与故障诊断的示例作了详细的分析,表明通过扭振测定可以判断曳引机的质量。
The design, manufacture and installation quality of the towing unit and its components ot an elevator can be analysed and judged by measured torsional vibration signal. This paper discusses the formation process of the torsional vibration signal, evaluation parameters and measuring device respectively. A detailed analysis is made to show the relationship between torsional vibration and noise, between torsional vibration and load together with failure diagnosis related with torsional vibration. It is shown that the quality of the towing unit can be judged by measuring torsional vibration.
