在意大利工厂使用了几种不同于传统板式输送机链板运行方式的输送设备,如:水平回转板式输送机,其两条同步运行的平面板式链作对称水平回转,运行轨迹为两个水平长环形,外侧链上平面承载托盘,在工件上下线工位由辅助设备吊装;积放式板式输送机是由一侧输送链和另一侧的辅助滚轮承载托盘,由积放工位的电动停止器实现积放,输送链在托盘下正常运行;滑动式板式输送机是由两条同向运行的滑板链输送托盘。

In Italy, Some new designs of slat conveyor which are different from traditional ones are in use. Such as: Horizontal loop slat conveyor features 2 synchronized flat chains moving in 2 symmetric long horizontal loops. The load pallets are supported by two outer branches of chains and may he lifted on or off the conveyor at transfer points by correspondent equipment. Accumulated slat conveyor supports load pallets by means of conveyor chain with help of auxiliary rollers. Pallets may be accumulated at desired places by electric stoppers, while the conveyor chain passes through underneath. Sliding type apron conveyor transports pallets bv means of 2 sliding chains running in the same direction.
